Partnering with Bigtem, a specialized process engineering, design, and manufacturing company from Istanbul, Turkey, established in 1973, VegTech brings advanced food processing equipment to the American market, tailored to US food industry needs.
Bigtem’s offerings include customized machinery—from conveyors to fully automated processing and packaging lines—supporting applications like fresh fruit and vegetable packaging, canning, freezing, juice production, and specialized lines for date paste, syrup, and bio-ethanol, with a focus on hygiene, durability, and minimal downtime through a robust spare parts inventory.
Exporting to over 60 countries across five continents, including the US, UK, Japan, and Germany, Bigtem’s expertise is backed by a skilled team of engineers and over 100 workers.
