The process starts with receiving potatoes, followed by destoning, washing, and steam peeling. Potatoes are then cut, blanched (70-95°C, 2-5 min), dried, fried (165-185°C, 3-5 min), de-oiled, and IQF frozen (-18°C), ending with vertical bagging (0.5-5 kg bags). Each stage is optimized for efficiency and quality across the 2-30 tons/h range.
