The process starts with receiving fresh fruits, which are washed to remove dirt, then crushed and pressed to extract juice. The juice is filtered to remove pulp and solids, pasteurized (85-95°C, 15-30 seconds) to ensure safety and shelf life, cooled to ambient temperature, and filled into bottles via a precision bottling system. Operating across 500 L/h to 5,000 L/h, this line produces consistent, market-ready juice with minimal waste.
