VegTech Systems represents Bigtem’s Fruit Juice Production and Bottling Line, designed to process and bottle fruit juice from apples, oranges, berries, and more, with capacities from 500 L/h to 5,000 L/h. This system delivers clear, high-quality juice for fresh market or shelf-stable use, featuring efficient extraction, filtration, and bottling while preserving flavor and nutrients. Built with food-grade stainless steel, it ensures hygiene, durability, and scalability for small-to-industrial producers.
The process starts with receiving fresh fruits, which are washed to remove dirt, then crushed and pressed to extract juice. The juice is filtered to remove pulp and solids, pasteurized (85-95°C, 15-30 seconds) to ensure safety and shelf life, cooled to ambient temperature, and filled into bottles via a precision bottling system. Operating across 500 L/h to 5,000 L/h, this line produces consistent, market-ready juice with minimal waste.
Equipment includes: Intake Conveyor (500-5,000 L/h, 1-3 kW); Washing Unit (1-5 m³/h water at 4 bar, 2-5 kW); Crusher/Press (5-15 kW, 20-50 L/min air at 6 bar); Filter (2-10 kW); Pasteurizer (85-95°C, 10-30 kW); Cooler (5-15 kW); Bottling Unit (3-10 kW, 30-100 L/min air, 20-80 bottles/min).
