With a processing capacity of 2 to 30 tons per hour, this industrial system ensures consistent product quality, high yield, and efficient operation for both fresh and frozen markets.

Built with food-grade stainless steel, the line features advanced automation, adjustable cutting sizes (7–12 mm), and an energy-efficient design that minimizes waste. The system achieves 90–95% yield with only 5–10% peel loss, making it ideal for medium to large-scale food processors.
