Overview

VegTech Systems, in partnership with Bigtem, offers advanced frozen fruit and vegetable processing lines designed for efficient, hygienic production of IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) products. Suitable for peas, corn, green beans, broccoli, carrots, spinach, berries, mango, and mixed vegetables, these systems operate at capacities from 1 to 20 tons per hour.

Built with food-grade stainless steel and advanced automation, the line ensures maximum hygiene, durability, and consistent product quality, while preserving natural color, texture, flavor, and nutritional value. These solutions are ideal for small, medium, and industrial-scale frozen food producers.

 

Complete Frozen Processing Line

Our fully integrated system follows industry-standard freezing processes supported by Bigtem’s IQF technologies:

 

  • Receiving & Feeding 
  • Washing & Cleaning (removal of dirt, debris, and contaminants) 
  • Sorting, Peeling & Cutting (customized based on product type) 
  • Blanching (enzyme deactivation and color preservation using continuous blanchers) 
  • Cooling & Dewatering 
  • IQF Freezing (rapid freezing at approx. -35°C to -40°C to prevent clumping and preserve structure) 
  • Weighing & Packaging (bags, cartons, or bulk formats) 
  • Cold Storage (-18°C for long-term preservation) 

This process ensures extended shelf life, high food safety standards, and premium frozen product quality for retail and export markets.
